Challenge:
Multipli Credit Union needed to inform members about their new checking account lineup after a recent merger. Growing from one checking account to six gave their members new opportunities for financial growth, including cashback rewards, savings round-ups, and higher yields with digital statements.
Solution:
High 5 created a playful multi-media digital campaign that introduced Multipli Credit Union members to the new accounts. And showed members that their merger benefits were being realized. Each new account had its own spotlight set of creative animations, and an easy way for members to transfer or add a checking account online.
Using both first-party and third-party data, we delivered a direct response marketing campaign with interaction retargeting in the Springfield DMA. Geofencing Multipli Credit Union branches allowed us to capture both current members and potential members in our retargeting audience. Assets included digital social animations, an optimized landing page, an email series, and in-branch marketing collateral.
Outcome:
This multi-media campaign grew awareness for Multipli’s new checking account lineup by serving nearly 50,000 impressions* and driving 2,000 users to their website. Assets with QR Codes were scanned 49 times, and social assets yielded 49 post reactions. The credit union opened 150 new checking accounts over this three-month promotion.
